the front desk operates twenty-four hours. i arrived after a late meeting. the staff greeted me with courtesy and kindness. breakfast had gluten-free options and tea selections. my single room offered enough space. the bed offered comfort.
i did not see the shared sitting room.

great location delicious breakfast
the location was unbeatable i loved being so close to everything. the breakfast was also really great a delicious start to each day

The staff were really nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the variety of pastries. The location was great. I could easily walk to many sights. I really appreciated that the room was clean and tidy.
My room was on the top floor, and it was a very long walk up. I was exhausted every time I came back. The shower was not good. The air conditioning pumped out hot air. It was very uncomfortable. I did call about both, but nothing happened.

spacious room comfortable bed english breakfast
i stayed in a double room the room was quite spacious i found the bed comfortable it had fresh crisp linens breakfast included a good range of options i appreciated the full english breakfast i thought it was a great start to the day the location was super convenient i could easily walk to many attractions plus public transport was nearby
the tv remote was a bit unresponsive it needed new batteries

somewhat underwhelming stay
cracked paint broken remote
the included breakfast was acceptable.
The room showed clear signs of wear. The paint was cracked. the tv remote did not work, so i couldn't watch tv. the overall appearance felt a bit neglected.
